Q1. How can I order this service?
A. You can apply online from our web site or fax an application after completed.

Q2. Is there a deadline for ordering?
A. You need to submit your order until one business day in the morning before the receiving date. However it will take two days for delivery in Kansai, Shikoku, Kyushu and Chugoku area so you are required to order until two business days in the morning before the receiving date. (A part of solitary island is excluded.)It usually takes the days plus one day for the delivery for the airport receipt.
Q3. Do I get the telephone number in advance?
A. We are able to inform you of the number on shipping date.

A. We prepare for an English manual for some particular types of mobile phone. Contact us for detail
Q5. What should I do in the event my business trip is changed?
A. Please contact us as soon as possible. If you extend the rental period, you will be charged additional expand fees. Even if you reduce the period, you will be charged the original rental fee.
Q6. What is Indemnity plan?
A. This is charged for your voluntary(optional) indemnity insurance plan to cover the loss of, theft of or damages to the rental cell phone and/ or accessories.

Q1. What is the rental period?
A. Rental period starts from departure to arrival for worldwide rentals and from start date to end date for Japan rentals.
Q2. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. As for cancellation of dispatch day preceding day cancellation charge of 945yen/unit catches. It cannot cancel after the dispatching.
Q3. What is the payment method?

Q4. How do you charge me?

We calculate the call charges based on the data from wireless telephone companies. The call charge is billed per minute and round up the seconds.See details here.See details here.
Q5. Can I receive a detail record of my calls?
A. Basically detail record is not issued. Please confirm it with the timer of mobile phone.(call-detail record issue commission 1,050yen)
Q6. Will I be given a receipt?
A. Yes, you will. We issue a receipt to you when your final payment is made.
(Receipt is not issued if you choose Eco-statement.)

Q1. Where can I receive a mobile phone?
A. You can receive a mobile phone at your stay or an airport in Japan.
Q2. Where can I return a mobile phone?
A. You can return a mobile phone with an enclosed envelop at a convenience store or our home delivery service company. You can also return at an airport.

Q2. What happens if the cell phone was lost or stolen?
A. Please contact us immediately to suspend the line. We will bill you in about one and a half month since we are not able to calculate the total calling time from the cell phone.
Q3. What happens if I lose the cell phone and someone else uses it before I report the loss to stop the service?
A. Please understand in advance that you as the customer will be responsible for all call charges until the end of the service period. Additionally, you will be charged for the original rental period.
Q4. Can I always use the mobile phone in the coverage area?
A. Even in coverage areas, you may be unable or having difficulty using our service due to interference or bad weather. Please note that it may also happen in some buildings and undergrounds.

Q1. Are we charged for receiving calls?
A. Yes. You will be charged for both incoming and receiving calls abroad. Only in limited area such as Japan and Korea, you will not be charged for receiving calls.
Q2. Can I use the cell phone in Japan too?
A. No, you cannot.
Q3. I will be traveling to several countries. Can a single cell phone cover calls in each of the countries visit?
A. One cell phone can cover certain countries. When placing your order, please ask for details.
Q4. The shape of the electric plug is different from country to country, but do you offer the adapters needed for various countries?
A. Yes, we provide the adapters to fit the countries you'll be visiting (provided the cell phone can be used in those countries), along with the battery charger.
Q5. Do you rent a data communications kit?
A. Yes, we do. Your data communications kit can be ordered as a separate option.
* To use the modem card that we rent, it is necessary to install a driver and set up the connection. Our company does not provide any support for installation and connection. Therefore, we don't recommend this service to any who is not familiar with the general use of a computer. Moreover, we will not be responsible for any problem a customer experiences with his or her computer during installation of the driver. See for details
Q6. What will the charge be if I call a local, toll-free number?
A. You can call such a number, but it won't be toll-free to you. Please be careful, since it will be a regular toll call to your cell phone.
Q7. How to call tiphone?
(1) How do I call Japan from the rental cell phone?
A. Press and hold the "0" key until the "+" symbol appears on the display, and then dial the country code and telephone numberof the party you want to reach.
[Example] When calling home (for example 03-1234-5678) in Japan from the United States, press and hold the "0" key to show "+" and then dial 81-3-1234-5678.
(2) How can a friend in Japan call my rental cell phone?
A. If your friend wants to call you, for example, 646-123-4567 using KDDI, he can dial 001-1-646-123-4567.
(3) How do we call each other in case of more than 2rental phones?
A. World wide rental phone is not only local call, can be call with roaming at other countries.
[Example] "+" + Country code + phone number omit first "0"
Q8. How much is the airtime fee in case of more than 2rental phones?
A. Calling with roaming is same as calling to other country.
